On March 3, 2014, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA or the agency) published in the Federal Register two proposed rules on food labeling entitled: Revision of the Nutrition and Supplemental Facts Labels and Serving Sizes of Foods that Can Reasonably be Consumed in One Occasion. The proposed rules would amend the nutrition labeling requirements for conventional foods and dietary supplements, and update the regulations on serving size. These are FMI's public comments on this matter.
