On April 20, 2015, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) published in the Federal Register a Proposed Rule regarding Amendments to Regulations Under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)1 as they relate to employer wellness programs (“Proposed Rule”). The Food Marketing Institute (FMI) appreciates the opportunity to comment on the proposed revisions and for the agency’s consideration of incorporating these comments into the rule-making process.
