FMI Committees

Committees are instrumental to our overall governance; they direct FMI's policies and programs to ensure they meet member needs.

Committees set goals for FMI's programs in government relations, food safety, public and consumer affairs, research, education and industry collaboration. They also help determine our position on federal government issues, highlighting emerging local and state issues that influence policy making.
