FDA: FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food Supplemental Proposed Rule (December 15, 2014)

On September 29, 2014, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA or the Agency) published in the Federal Register a supplemental proposed rule entitled Current Good Manufacturing Practice and Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls for Human Food (the Supplemental Rule).
