Each year, nominations stream in from peers and food retail companies for FMI’s Store Manager Awards, highlighting store managers who exemplify dedication, innovation and resilience in an evolving industry. Their ability to adapt, inspire and lead their teams is what makes these store managers stand out. Festival Foods Operations Senior Director and 2016 Store Manager Award winner Jon Wieser gave this advice to nominees:
“You should be very proud of your accomplishments, take the time to reflect on your journey and take in the praise you all deserve. Continue to challenge yourself to be a little better each day.”
