Cancellation and Other Policies:
Please notify registrar in writing by email to sgeorge@fmi.org or fax to 202-220-0830. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee is granted when a cancellation is received prior to May 28, 2010. A 60% refund will be granted for cancellations received in writing by June 4, 2010. All registrations received after June 4, 2010 are non-refundable. NO REFUND IS GRANTED IF NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED AFTER JUNE 4, 2010Is Media Allowed?

Reservations must be made directly with The Palmer House Hilton by calling 877-865-5321. You’ll be required to provide GROUP CODE: FMI when making reservations. Room rates: $199 single/double. Reservations must be made prior to June 4, 2010 to receive the special FMI room rate.A modern Chicago grand hotel, the Palmer House is a lively destination within walking distance of the best attractions the city of Chicago has to offer like Millennium Park, Grant Park, Lake Michigan, the Art Institute of Chicago, the theater district, and the Magnificent Mile.
