The SafeMark® Food Protection Manager Training - Ohio is an 8-hour/9-module online training course, available in English. Content is updated to the 2022 Food Code standards.
Training material is tailored for Ohio supermarket managers and supervisors and meets additional requirements in the Ohio Food Code.
This training provides the necessary tools to become a Certified Food Protection Manager and meets the Person in Charge requirements in your regulatory jurisdictions. The comprehensive course covers all areas of food safety, following HACCP principles, in an easy-to-understand manner, presented through retail-focused scenarios.
Duration: 8 hours.
Certification is valid for 5 years.
After successfully completing the Food Manager training, you will take the SafeMark® Grocery Manager Certification Exam. Accredited by ANAB against the Conference for Food Protection standards, this exam is the only grocery-oriented exam that meets Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) and “Person in Charge” government regulatory requirements.
