Please notify registrar in writing by email to slentz@fmi.org or fax 202.220.0830. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee is granted when a cancellation is received prior to August 28, 2009. A 60% refund is granted if cancellation is received by September 4, 2009. No refund if notification is received after September 4, 2009.Is Media Allowed?

The cutoff date for securing a room at the negotiated rates is Friday, August 27th. We encourage you to make your reservations early, as the hotel may sell out before this date. Reservations made after the cut off date will be accepted on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply. Be sure to refer to the FMI Energy & Store Development Conference (Code ETS) to obtain the reduced rate.

Single: $159 per night or $189.00 for Executive Level
Double: $169.00 per night or $199.00 for Executive Level
Junior Suite: $209.00 per night
One Bedroom Deluxe Suite: $459.00 per night
Two Bedroom Deluxe Suite: $618.00 per night
Additional Person: $20.00 per night
Rates are exclusive of local and state taxes of approximately 13.4%
Travel Information:
The Hilton Minneapolis is located 12 miles from Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport (approximately a 20 minute drive. Click here for driving directions.Super Shuttle Express Service
From the airport to the hotel:
Reservations are not required. Proceed to the ground transportation center on the lower level (follow the signs for ground transportation) and check-in at the super shuttle service desk. A uniformed super shuttle representative will arrange for super shuttle service to the hotel. Super shuttle is available 24 hours. Visit www.supershuttle.com or call 1-8oo-blue-van for more information.
From the hotel to the airport:
Reservations are not required for regularly scheduled pick-ups which begin at 6:55 a.m. and run through 4:55 p.m., with pick-ups at half-hour intervals. Reservations may be made for pick-ups outside of these hours by calling 1-800-blue-van or visiting www.supershuttle.com. Super shuttle picks up at the main lobby entrance of the hotel. Travel time to the airport is approximately 25 – 40 minutes.
Cost is $16 for one way fare or $28 for a round-trip ticket. Pay the driver directly – cash or credit card only.
Taxi Service
Follow the signs for ground transportation. Approximate cost of transportation to/from the airport is $30-$35
Town Car/Limousine Service
Cost of prearranged town car service (through eclipse transportation) to/from the airport is $59.00 plus 18% gratuity (plus 5% fuel charge) call either the hotel or eclipse transportation directly at 1-800-215-8914 to arrange for service
