The registration period for this meeting has ended.
An exclusive event that provides an opportunity to engage retailers, wholesalers, and product suppliers in addressing supply chain disruption and labor & workforce challenges. Organized in partnership with Boston Consulting Group, these in-depth working sessions will address supply chain disruption root causes, map solutions, and develop a roadmap for industry-wide and company initiatives.

COVID-19 UPDATE!
FMI will require either proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test, administered within 72 hours prior to arrival, or proof of full COVID-19 vaccination in order to attend the 2022 FMI Supply Chain Immersion Days. This COVID-19 vaccination or testing policy will apply to all attendees, guests, visitors, and staff.
We, of course, will continue to monitor recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as state, local and city governments and we will keep you informed every step of the way.
Travelers should follow the CDC's recommendations for traveling safely.
Upon checking in at the onsite FMI registration desk, attendees will be asked to provide either proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result, administered within 72 hours prior to arrival, or proof of full COVID-19 vaccination.
Masks will not be required, but many of our attendees may choose to wear them. Please follow CDC guidelines. If you are at high risk for severe illness, please talk to your health care provider about mask-wearing and other precautions; stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines; and get tested if you have symptoms.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy, we request that you let us know if your plans no longer allow you to attend so we may plan accordingly.
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the registrar in writing by email to dstewart@fmi.org.
For the July meeting, notify registrar of your cancellation prior to July 8, 2022.
For the August meeting, notify registrar of your cancellation prior to July 29, 2022.
Substitutions can be made at any time prior to the meeting start date.

Deposits are refundable if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be communicated directly to the hotel.

Make use of the hotel’s complimentary airport shuttle service to and from O’Hare, or self-parking options are available if you plan to drive.
