FMI has negotiated a very competitive hotel room rate of 189.00 / night plus tax (currently at 12.5%). Please note that in order to have a reservation in the group room block, you must register for the 2016 SQF International Conference. Complimentary access to entertainment venues, such as Red Coconut Club, CityWalk’s Rising Star, Bob Marley – Tribute to Freedom and Pat O’Brien’s, will be given to each attendee for each night of your stay. Your Loews’ Resort guest room key works as a CityWalk park pass to access these venues.

On-Line Reservations:
Final Reservation Cut-Off Date: Friday, September 30, 2016 at 5:00pm (local hotel time). After this date, FMI cannot guarantee availability or the reduced conference rate. Reservations will be subject to the hotel’s current availability and rates.
HOTEL CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
The hotel must receive notice of hotel cancellations or changes no later than (6) six days prior to your arrival or one night’s room and tax is forfeited. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel, or through the reservation method used to secure the reservation.
*Please Note: Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, including requests for specific room types. Hotel rates do not include hotel taxes (currently 12.5%). The hotel requires a credit card to guarantee reservations, as well as an arrival and departure date. All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel, or through the reservation method used to secure the reservation. Please note that in order to have a reservation in the group room block, you must register for the 2016 SQF International Conference. FMI reserves the right to review the conference room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion.
