The registration period for this meeting has ended.
Join the JW Marriott staff in Chicago to preview the 2015 Annual Business Conference Business Conference Suites (ABC/BCS). Staff will review the logistics for the meeting rooms to include set-up, shipping, A/V and Food & Beverage. We look at the BCS meeting rooms assigned to your company set as it will be for the 2015 Annual Business Conference, March 1-4 in Chicago.
Friday, January 9th
10:00am – 11:00am
Welcome by JW Marriott staff and review of suite logistics (i.e. shipping, A/V, F&B, meeting room do’s and don’ts)
11:00am – 12:30pm
Walk meeting room space and review 2015 BCS rooms (take photos, measurements, etc.)
11:00am – 12:30pm
Lunch in Florentine Restaurant (private room for potential customer dinners)
2:00pm - 3:00pm
Additional meeting room review (if needed)
