During the facilitated online Future Leaders eXperience, co-developed by FMI and Root, participants complete a series of interactive sessions tailored toward leadership development in the food industry. Those who successfully complete the program earn the Food Retail Leader Certificate and are recognized as qualified and committed food industry leaders with an extra edge in their career path.
How does the Food Retail Certificate work?
After completing Future Leaders eXperience program, participants can build on the knowledge and skills gained through Future Leaders to further expand their experience and apply what they’ve learned in an additional project to earn the Food Retail
Leader Certificate.
