The Gaylord Pacific Resort

This brand-new resort offers a mix of waterfront luxury, entertainment, and event innovation.

This coastal retreat, with sweeping Pacific Ocean views, over 477,000 square feet of meeting and event space, and lush outdoor areas, is designed to inspire meaningful connections. From its 4.25-acre aquatic paradise to bold culinary experiences, this brand-new resort blends tranquility with the spirit of discovery. While we anticipate everyone will be under one roof, recent record-breaking attendance means hotels have sold out quickly. Secure your spot early!

Event Details

  • Guests will be responsible for the full duration of their reserved stay, even in the event of early departure.
  • Housing is available only to registered Midwinter attendees and those working the conference.
  • Access to the official housing link will be shared after completing your conference registration.
  • FMI will conduct weekly audits of in-house room listings against current registered attendees and will remove non-registered individuals. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated.

For groups looking to reserve 10 or more rooms at once, please email housing@fmi.org.

This will be managed through our Concierge Service, which offers direct support to the primary contact overseeing group accommodations.

Failing to call the hotel or arrive on the first night of a reservation will result in a no-show fee equal to one full night’s room and tax charged to the guest, and cancellation of the remainder of the reservation. Requests for a reservation after a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be treated as a new reservation and will be accommodated based on hotel availability at prevailing room rates.

Five (5) days prior to arrival; cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will forfeit one full night's room and tax.

Hotel reservations should be made only by using the official hotel link provided in your registration confirmation email. FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the Midwinter Conference and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences and leave you without a reservation.
