FMI Midwinter Executive Conference 2026 registration opens in two windows:

  1. July 29, 2025 at 5:00 a.m. for retail, wholesale and product supplier members.
  2. Sept. 3, 2025 at 5:00 a.m. for strategic, industry and association partner members.

Important dates & details.

  • Access to the official housing link will be shared after completing your conference registration.

  • Reservation deadline: Dec. 19, 2025. Rooms may sell out prior to this date & availability is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend registering and booking as soon as possible.

  • FMI group rate: $399 / night + applicable taxes. $35 daily resort fee.

  • A 3-night minimum stay is required. Guests will be responsible for the full duration of their reserved stay, even in the event of early departure.

  • Housing is available only to registered Midwinter attendees and those working the conference.

For groups looking to reserve 10 or more rooms at once, please email housing@fmi.org.  


This will be managed through our Concierge Service, which offers direct support to the primary contact overseeing group accommodations.

If you have additional hotel questions or need additional assistance, please contact us at housing@fmi.org.  


Hotel reservations should only be made by using the official hotel link provided in your email confirmation. FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts, you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with FMI or the Midwinter Executive Conference and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences and leave you without a reservation.

Please be advised that your Midwinter registration fee is non-refundable after December 19, 2025. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the registrar in writing by email to register@fmi.org by December 19, 2025. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee (plus a 3% surcharge if paid by credit card), is granted when a cancellation is received prior to December 19, 2025. Because of the firm commitments of conference arrangements, FMI cannot refund registration fees for any registrations or cancellations received after December 19, 2025. Substitutions can be made any time prior to the start of the conference.

We have implemented an enhanced security framework and protocols for the safety of our guests and staff. Some will be visible—such as updated badges scanned to enter sessions and events—while others will not. 

IMPORTANT:  All registered attendees must present a valid I.D. when picking up their badge. Registration personnel will not be permitted to provide badges for colleagues.  
The event dress code is business casual, but conference rooms can be chilly. Don’t forget to pack a pair of comfortable shoes!

FMI may hire professional service providers or use official staff/volunteers to document (photo/video/streaming/audio) and display the event experience. By registering for and attending the event, you acknowledge and agree as follows: (a) FMI may edit and use photographs or footage it captures at the event for marketing and promotional activities and for any other lawful purpose in the ordinary course of its business; and (b) due to the prevalence of mobile recording devices in today’s world, FMI disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event. 

The attendee page will only be accessible by FMI members through logging into FMI.org. All Midwinter guests will have additional, on-site options to find and connect with fellow attendees, including our FMI event app.
