Registration Process
GroceryLab is an inaugural event, limited to 200 invited guests, to foster FMI member collaboration among industry leaders.
While we’re unable to extend an invitation to everyone this year, if you are an executive leader at an FMI member company, that is focused on the customer journey through merchandising, marketing, operations or technology, we would be honored to have you with us. Please let us know if you'd like to be considered as part of the vetting process:
Additional Policies
Your GroceryLab registration fee is non-refundable after May 4, 2026. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the registrar in writing by email to register@fmi.org by May 4, 2026. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee (plus a 3% surcharge if paid by credit card), is granted when a cancellation is received by May 4, 2026. Because of the firm commitments of conference arrangements, FMI cannot refund registration fees for any registrations or cancellations received after May 4, 2026. Substitutions are limited and available only with prior approval from FMI.
FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the event and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences.
