Program Overview

Attendees participate in seven group sessions with breakout activities over four months. Group sessions can be done from home, or a work computer, at the participant's convenience. Throughout the program, individuals fulfill pre- and post-work assignments, skills challenges, and cohort discussions. Attendees apply learning in their day-to-day environment and discuss progress in group sessions with a program coach. All participants are eligible to earn the Food Retail Leader Certificate, recognizing their path to leadership, career development progress and shows they have graduated from the program.
