Organizing Your Group
Identify Your Lead
Appoint a company lead. This person will work closely with your company's leadership to identify potential candidates, connect with FMI and pass on questions your group may have. Typically, this would be a member of the company's human resources or training department.
Build Your Group
Ideal candidates are a company's highest-potential employees, those who have already demonstrated some leadership skills and who senior executives believe could take on significant managerial positions as their careers develop.

Cancellation Notice
If you need to cancel your registration, please email register@fmi.org by April 10, 2026. A refund of the registration fee, minus a $75 processing fee (plus a 3% surcharge for credit card payments), is available if the request is received by April 10, 2026. No refunds will be issued after this date.
