CANCELLATION AND OTHER POLICIES
Please notify registrar in writing by email to slentz@fmi.org or fax to 202-220-0830. A full refund, less a $75 processing fee is granted when a cancellation is received prior to September 9, 2011. A 60% refund will be granted for cancellations received in writing by September 16, 2011. All registrations received after September 16, 2011 are non-refundable. No refund is granted if notification is received after September 16, 2011.
