All hotel changes, substitutions, and/or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to check in by 4:00 p.m. or you will be charged one-night room and tax.

The cut-off date for guests to reserve at the special group rate is Thursday, April 18, 2026. We encourage you to make your reservations early, as the hotel may sell out before this date. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space-available basis and higher rates may apply.

Please Note: FMI reserves the right to review the conference room block and remove those individuals who have not registered for the conference. One (1) hotel reservation per registered delegate will be accommodated. The hotel reservation should be made under the corresponding registered delegate’s name to avoid confusion. Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, including requests for specific room types.

FMI does not use a third-party company to make hotel reservations or sell rooms on its behalf for this event. If a third-party contacts you offering housing options, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with this event and entering into financial agreements with such companies may have costly consequences and leave you without a reservation.
