As you know, on September 28, 2022 FDA released its proposed rule addressing the implied nutrient content claim “healthy”.  FMI will be hosting a call on October 25th at 3:00 pm EST to discuss the details of the proposed rule and to solicit feedback from members to help guide our comments.  Comments are due to the docket by December 28, 2022.

Veronica Colas of Hogan Lovells will also be joining the call to provide a detailed summary of what the proposed rule includes and to answer any questions.
