Prior Approval
Trade associations are required to obtain approval prior to communicating with member company personnel regarding political action committees. This requirement applies to FMI and FoodPAC. All management personnel; stockholders; and the families of both who are U.S. citizens or who are permanent green holders are eligible to participate.
