FDA: Draft Guidance on Menu Labeling Provisions of PPACA (FDA-2010-D-0370)

The Food Marketing Institute (FMI) appreciates the opportunity to respond to the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) request for comments on Draft Guidance for Industry: Questions and Answers Regarding Implementation of the Menu Labeling Provisions of Section 4205 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).
